At Kroger Michigan Rewards, we stand by our sports gear and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Kroger Michigan Rewards account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective equipment are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
